TERMS & CONDITIONS

BEAUTY BANK

Each month, bank $199 with us for a six (6) month minimum commitment.  Your Beauty Bank payments will continue to accrue each month until you apply them to future treatments.  When you apply your Beauty Bank funds toward your treatments it will reduce your balance by the respective amount.  Unused balances do not expire, are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and will remain on your account until you use them.

TERM

A minimum term of six (6) months is required and will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis thereafter unless you notify us.

CANCELLATION

To cancel your Spa26 Loyalty Program, please provide a 30-day notice to cancel by emailing us at:  [email protected].  Cancellations must be emailed.

EARLY CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your Spa26 Loyalty Program before the end of your six-month initial term, you will be charged the total sum of all discounts received during your program term.

Example:  If you received a total of $300 in total discounts during the first three (3) months and you cancel your Spa26 Loyalty Program before you complete your initial six-month term, you will be charged $300.

ADD’L DISCOUNTS 

Spa26 Loyalty Program discounts cannot be applied toward any discounted services or promotions.  However, you may use your Alle and Aspire points toward treatments.

Example 1:  Allie Annual BOGO promotion

You can receive 15% off your Botox treatment, but you cannot combine it the annual Allie BOGO (Buy X of Botox, get Y free).

Example 2:  Allie points

You will receive 15% off your Botox treatment and you can use your Allie points/voucher.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Beauty Bank payments are non-refundable.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

Beauty Bank funds cannot be transferred and can only be used by the Spa26 Loyalty Program Member.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Discounted Spa26 Loyalty Program treatments can only be booked and treated with one of our licensed Aestheticians, Registered Nurses, or Physician Assistants.

You may apply your Beauty Bank funds towards Spa26 treatments with Dr. Nazarian, however, Spa26 Loyalty Program discounts do not apply toward treatments with her.

*Your free Focus Facial must be used while you are an active Spa26 Loyalty Program Member.
